• Please submit a sketch or photo of the desired garment. Physical samples are also welcome. You can view the template here.

• Please include the due date of the request. Please note it is to the discretion of Creative Workshops to determine a rush charge.

• Custom made require a scheduled fitting and in-person consultation.

• Please specify if you would like us to provide the fabric. May increase lead time.

• Standard lead time is 1-2 months for new projects.
